Who are we?
We are a letting agent and property management company based in Leeds. We are specialists in City Centre Living. We cover most Leeds postcodes LS1, LS6 and other areas.
What do we do?
We work on behalf of landlords with properties in Leeds City Centre and Leeds Suburbs and we help professional tenants find houses or flats to rent in Leeds.
Why do tenants like us so much?
FEES. Unlike other agents our only charge is a small administration fee. There are no hidden exras, we do not charge for credit checks, contract or reference checking.
AVAILABILITY. No other agents arrange 7 days/late evening accompanied viewings.
SERVICE. Our obligation to provide good service doesn't end when you move in to your new home, it ends when you move out. Our property management team will always respond quickly and efficiently. If you need anything extra we can help. We will organise cleaning, laundry, ironing.....just ask.
TRANSPARENCY. We have made a special effort to write our tenancy agreements and any other literature in plain simple English, our staff will never press you to sign anything you are unsure about and will always encourage you to seek independent advice if necessary.
